These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://simplylearn.online ("Site") and all related services operated by SimplyLearn ("we," "us," or "our"). The services include:
The DailyAppDrop mailing list / newsletter ("Newsletter Service"),
SimplyLearn technology courses and digital products ("Courses"),
1-on-1 Facetime coaching calls and related personalized coaching ("Coaching Services").
(Collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, subscribing to the Newsletter Service, purchasing or accessing any Courses, booking or participating in Coaching Services, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or any Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase Courses or Coaching Services, or subscribe to the Newsletter Service if it involves any paid elements. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of the Services
Newsletter Service: Provides periodic emails with information about app drops, deals, news, promotions, or related content.
Courses: Online, self-paced or structured tech-related educational courses, materials, videos, resources, and digital downloads provided via the Site or third-party platforms.
Coaching Services: Personalized 1-on-1 video calls (via Facetime or similar) offering guidance, advice, or coaching in tech or related areas. Coaching is informational/educational only and not professional advice (e.g., not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic unless explicitly stated).
3. User Accounts and Conduct
You may need to create an account for Courses or Coaching Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal purposes.
Share access credentials or Course materials with others.
Harass, abuse, or disrupt coaching sessions.
Attempt to interfere with the Site or Services.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
All fees for Courses and Coaching Services are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
Newsletter Service is free for DailyAppDrop; no payments apply. DailyAppDrop Premium is a paid service. Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds will be given, subscription will continue until the end of the current period.
For Coaching Services: Sessions are prepaid; cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the session may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services (text, videos, materials, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
Newsletter: Limited personal use only.
Courses: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use during your access period. No sharing, recording, or redistribution.
Coaching: Discussions are confidential; you may not record without permission. No commercial use of advice received.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services and all content are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee results, success, accuracy, or availability.
Coaching and Courses are for educational/general information purposes only — not professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You may stop using the Services anytime (e.g., unsubscribe from Newsletter, stop booking Coaching).
8. Changes to Terms or Services
We may update these Terms or modify Services. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws.
